Description:
We are seeking a mature, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistantto join our client’s team in Dubai. This position supports the daily operations of a niche brass products manufacturing company, ensuring efficient communication, documentation, and client handling. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, well-spoken, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment serving premium clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications professionally in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes while maintaining accurate trackers and databases.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and suppliers to ensure orders are processed and delivered on schedule.
  • Assist in creating presentations and basic reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Welcome and host clients or visitors to ensure an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or office support experience (preferably within the UAE or GCC).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and shared drives/calendars.
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism when dealing with niche clientele.

Value-Added Skills:
