We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to become part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting internal teams and maintaining efficient workflows within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence in a professional manner
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules while maintaining updated calendars
- Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and internal records
- Maintain proper filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and confidentiality
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and team members
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is considered an advantage
- Strong organizational abilities with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace tools
