Description:
The Home Depot is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide full administrative and general office support to a Director and/or department. This remote position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong communication and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clerical tasks such as document preparation, data entry, note-taking, and handling daily mail to ensure proper organization of office materials.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and conferences for efficient calendar management.
• Prepare correspondence, agendas, presentations, and reports while maintaining timely communication on behalf of the Director.
• Screen calls and emails, directing them appropriately while handling some light accounting or budget review duties.
Direct Manager/Reports:
• Reports directly to a Director or Senior Director.
• No direct reports.
Travel Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
• Primarily sedentary work performed in a comfortable indoor setting.
