We’re Hiring – Administrative Assistant
City University Ajman seeks a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help maintain smooth administration across departments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of clerical tasks, communicating with staff and students, and keeping records accurate and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to faculty and administrative teams.
- Manage routine documentation, filing, and record-keeping tasks with attention to detail.
- Assist with scheduling, basic correspondence, and coordination of day-to-day office activities.
- Support preparation of documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant administrative experience and a demonstrated ability to stay organized and efficient.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple routine tasks.
