About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Support Services Department. The ideal candidate is a female Arabic-speaking professional with strong organizational skills and prior experience in a UAE government entity or non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining departmental records
  • Gain a deep understanding of departmental processes and policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and ensure smooth workflows
  • Review and verify documentation before submission for managerial approval
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports and presentations summarizing departmental activities and progress
  • Keep the Support Services Manager informed on key updates and ongoing initiatives
  • Assist in drafting reports, preparing documents, and creating presentation materials
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and daily operational needs
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Support logistical planning for internal events and meetings
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and records
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document organization tasks

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication in Arabic and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools
  • Prior experience in a UAE government or non-profit organization (preferred)
