About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Support Services Department. The ideal candidate is a female Arabic-speaking professional with strong organizational skills and prior experience in a UAE government entity or non-profit organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining departmental records
- Gain a deep understanding of departmental processes and policies
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline communication and ensure smooth workflows
- Review and verify documentation before submission for managerial approval
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports and presentations summarizing departmental activities and progress
- Keep the Support Services Manager informed on key updates and ongoing initiatives
- Assist in drafting reports, preparing documents, and creating presentation materials
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and daily operational needs
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support logistical planning for internal events and meetings
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and records
- Perform data entry, filing, and document organization tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office tools
- Prior experience in a UAE government or non-profit organization (preferred)
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
