Description:

Kahragen Engineering FZCO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative/Accounts Assistant to join its team in Dubai. This position is ideal for an organized professional who can effectively support both administrative operations and accounting functions while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.

The successful candidate will assist with office administration, documentation management, financial record keeping, and accounting support activities. Immediate joiners will be given preference. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and business correspondence

• Maintain organized filing systems and company records

• Prepare letters, reports, and various business documents

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Manage office supplies and support general office administration

• Assist the Finance Department with documentation and administrative support

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions

• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records

• Assist with bank reconciliations and expense monitoring

• Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices

• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities

• Maintain financial reports and supporting documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration and accounting

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

• Strong knowledge of:
