We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to manage and streamline daily office operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting multiple departments including HR and Accounts while ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and provide support to HR and Accounts as needed.
  • Maintain and organize records, filing systems, and office documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle emails, calls, appointment scheduling, and internal communication efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and standard documents accurately.
  • Assist management with tasks, follow-ups, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

Requirements:
