Description:

Pyramids Energy is seeking a motivated Administration & HR Officer to join its Infrastructure Engineering team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is suited for an organized and detail-oriented professional with strong HR and administrative experience within the UAE.

The selected candidate will support daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth employee onboarding, compliance with UAE labor regulations, and efficient handling of documentation and government-related processes. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple HR functions in a structured and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Handle visa processing, labor procedures, and contract renewals.

• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.

• Support administrative operations within the organization.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations.

• Coordinate with government portals such as MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, and other relevant authorities.

• Assist in HR reporting and internal communication.

• Maintain organized filing systems and HR databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Administration & HR.
