About the Role:
Gulf Group Holding, a diversified business group with a strong presence in Ras Al Khaimah for over five decades, is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant for Al Aswaq Al Watania Hypermarkets. The role provides operational and administrative support to the General Manager and the HR department, ensuring smooth HR and admin processes across the group’s retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Group HR department.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR and admin-related queries from employees.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities.
- Visit branches as required and supervise labor accommodations and mess facilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and HRMS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant, people-friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is preferred.
- Driving license is an advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.
