An organization in the UAE is seeking a qualified Admin Supervisor who is an Emirati National to support and oversee administrative operations. This role is suited for a motivated professional with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience managing administrative teams and processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily administrative functions, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and professionalism. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
- Must be an Emirati National holding a valid UAE Passport and Family Book
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior capacity
- Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and effective time-management skills
