A growing organization in the UAE is seeking a professional and organized Admin cum Receptionist to support front-office operations and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a dependable individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive and professional workplace environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling reception duties, providing administrative support across departments, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with vendor and procurement activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily front office and reception activities
• Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
• Provide administrative and back-office support to various departments
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth business operations

• Support management with scheduling and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
