We’re Hiring: Admin Receptionist – Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and customer-oriented Admin Receptionist to handle front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support within a construction and technical services environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and coordinate appointments.
· Maintain office records, documentation, and organized filing systems.
· Handle emails, official correspondence, courier services, and coordination with internal project teams.
· Provide administrative support to HR and Accounts, including data entry, attendance monitoring, and document management.
· Monitor office supplies, place orders when required, and assist in basic report preparation.
· Ensure the office maintains a professional appearance and handle client inquiries with discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
· Prior exposure to construction, contracting, or technical services industries will be an added advantage.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; Arabic language skills are a plus.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
