A well-established organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Admin Procurement Coordinator to support its administrative and procurement operations. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive UAE experience who can effectively manage procurement activities, site support functions, and office administration requirements.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office and project operations by coordinating purchases, managing facilities, supporting site teams, and overseeing employee welfare initiatives. Strong organizational abilities, vendor management expertise, and operational coordination skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procure materials, equipment, and supplies required for office and site operations.
• Coordinate site requirements and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
• Manage day-to-day office administration and facility-related activities.
• Arrange labor accommodation and oversee employee welfare initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers and vendors.
