A well-established and reputed company in the Readymix / Concrete Manufacturing industry is on the lookout for a skilled Admin Officer (HR Admin) to join their growing team. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in HR administration, sales accounting, and operational support for plant activities.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and update plant staff attendance, overtime, and leave logs accurately
✅ Manage visa processing, renewals, and maintain all HR documentation in line with UAE labor law regulations
✅ Cross-check delivery notes, generate invoices, and perform reconciliation of customer accounts
✅ Keep plant administrative records organized, assist in procurement coordination, and prepare for internal and external audits

What We’re Looking For:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
📌 2–5 years of hands-on experience in administrative or accounting roles within the readymix or construction materials industry
📌 Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Command Alkon, or Marcotte
📌 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with UAE labor laws
