We are currently hiring a proactive and well-organized Admin & Marketing Executive to join a growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a candidate who can effectively manage day-to-day administrative coordination while also supporting sales and marketing operations. Candidates must hold their own valid visa, as this is a mandatory requirement for the position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining accurate data, supporting client coordination, and assisting with marketing and sales-related tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative coordination and provide daily office support
- Manage CRM activities, with preference given to candidates experienced in Zoho CRM
- Conduct client follow-ups and ensure timely coordination
- Assist with proposal preparation and provide sales support
- Maintain reports, records, and data management systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with excellent follow-up ability
- Prior experience using Zoho CRM is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask effectively with strong attention to detail
- Educational background in Marketing is an advantage
