Hiring – Admin Executive (UAE Experience Required)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team and support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have solid UAE experience in an administrative role—preferably within a group of companies—strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in administration or operations.
  • Proven experience working in admin & operations (experience within a group of companies is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Currently available in the UAE and ready to join promptly.

Key Responsibilities (typical duties):

  • Handle general office administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Support vendor communications, meeting coordination and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks that improve office efficiency and team productivity.
