Dynamic Logics Management Consultancy (DLMC Consultants) is hiring an Admin Coordinator to support a clinic operation in Dubai. The role is focused on ensuring smooth day-to-day administration of the clinic, managing patient interactions, and supporting clinical and operational staff to keep services running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and manage front-desk activities including appointment scheduling and check-ins.
• Handle inbound calls, emails and general correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Maintain and update patient records, files and basic clinic documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and support teams to ensure smooth patient flow and timely services.
• Assist with inventory tracking for clinic supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.

Requirements:
• Experience working as an administrator in a clinic environment within the UAE.
