We Are Hiring | Admin / Camp Administration
LITCO Group is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Admin / Camp Administrator to oversee workforce accommodation and handle day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth camp management while maintaining company standards related to welfare, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily camp operations and maintain accurate accommodation records
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security-related services
• Address employee accommodation concerns and ensure proper welfare standards
• Maintain attendance logs, inventory, and camp asset records
• Coordinate closely with HR regarding manpower movement and allocation
• Ensure hygiene, safety regulations, and company compliance standards are consistently followed
Requirements:
• Previous UAE or GCC experience in camp administration or facility administration
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and reporting
• Ability to manage and coordinate a multicultural workforce
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
