Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant cum HR Recruiter to become a vital part of our team. This role involves driving both recruitment and administrative processes, supporting HR operations, and ensuring smooth business functions across our real estate operations.
In This Role, You Will:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate HR and recruitment records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks including office coordination, scheduling, and document management.
• Contribute to HR best practices and recruitment campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR tools or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.
