Description:

Tariq Al Mustaqbal Foodstuff Trading L.L.C S.O.C is seeking a reliable and organized Admin professional to join its growing team in Ajman. This role is suitable for candidates with strong administrative skills who can efficiently manage office operations and provide essential support to management and different departments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, maintaining company records, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization. Candidates who are available for immediate joining and have UAE administrative experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative and office operations.

• Maintain company records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.

• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.

• Assist with employee records, attendance tracking, and administrative processes.

• Provide administrative support to management and various departments.

• Ensure proper documentation and smooth coordination of office activities.

Requirements:

• Previous UAE experience in an administrative role is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of:

• Office administration and documentation management.

• Microsoft Office tools and administrative reporting.

• Employee records, supplier coordination, and daily office operations.
