We are looking for a proactive, hands-on professional who will split their time between driving sales opportunities and keeping the company’s financial and administrative operations in excellent order. This role is ideal for someone comfortable meeting clients one day and handling books and compliance the next.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for sourcing and converting new business while ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and smooth back-office coordination. The position supports revenue growth, enhances market visibility, and keeps day-to-day operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth (60%)
- Identify and approach prospective clients in the security and manpower sectors.
- Build and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business and long-term contracts.
- Prepare customized quotations, proposals, and persuasive sales presentations.
- Represent the company at networking events and client engagements to raise brand awareness.
Accounts & Administration (40%)
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with UAE regulations.
- Prepare invoices, monitor receivables and payables, and assist with WPS payroll processes.
- Support VAT filing, monthly financial reporting, and budgeting activities.
- Manage routine office administration and documentation across HR, Operations, and Finance.
- Prepare reports, compliance submissions, and materials to support management meetings and presentations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ relevant UAE experience in accounts, sales, or administration.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s security services industry is an advantage.
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Odoo/ERP preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
