Description:
ISC2, a leading nonprofit organization for cybersecurity professionals, is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead and oversee the AR team. This role is responsible for managing all billing, collections, and reconciliation tasks while ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, credit management, and coordination with Finance, Education, and Sales teams. The Supervisor will also serve as the AR Manager delegate when needed, demonstrating strong comprehension of integrated systems including Salesforce, CommerceTools, Stripe, Intacct, and Cvent.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all AR staff and review transactions including POs, invoices, credits, refunds, eCommerce, and AMFs
- Lead month-end close processes including final invoicing, reconciliations, statements, write-offs, and reporting
- Manage AR reconciliation, analyzing balance changes, KPIs, and DSO numbers; identify and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee vendor registrations and review vendor registration documents
- Maintain and document AR procedures and train internal and external stakeholders on processes
- Reconcile eCommerce, AMF, credit card, and bank deposits; monitor and resolve integration errors
- Review and process credit applications; manage customer credit lines regularly
- Support RRP/CRM implementation through design, testing, troubleshooting, and process documentation
- Oversee the AR shared email box and case system; assign tasks and coach team members
- Lead event approval processes based on customer credit and payment status
- Provide high-level customer service to internal teams and external partners
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of AR experience, including supervisory or leadership roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Salesforce experience required; Intacct, CommerceTools, Cvent, or Stripe experience a plus
- Adobe Pro experience preferred
- Familiarity with process improvement, ERP implementation, and documentation creation
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Extended hours or overtime may be required
- Less than 5% travel required
