Description
Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler is seeking to fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist position, locally to either Solon, OH or Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounts receivables activities for a portfolio of customers, working collaboratively and independently to meet both individual and team goals, and driving improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3-to-5-year history of working in a fast-paced manufacturing/business to business environment, along with demonstrated accomplishments during this period.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collections, deduction management, cash application, invoicing/billing, and reconciliation of small to large/national customer accounts
- Meeting targeted improvement goals
- Working directly with customers to resolve discrepancies
- Reviewing market reports and other information to determine credit worthiness/credit limits for customers
Skills And Experience
- 3 to 5 years of accounts receivable experience in a manufacturing or business-to-business environment
- Basic to moderate experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Good communication skills working with both internal and external customers
- Ability to problem solve and drive towards resolution
- Travel requirements: None
