We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role requires ownership of complex reporting, support of month-end close activities, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data. Advanced analytical abilities and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze complex business line reports with a focus on accuracy each month.
- Manage and track API and Mid-market billing agreements.
- Support month-end close processes and contribute to system testing for ERP implementation.
- Review monthly sales tax journal entries and filings.
- Assist with year-end financial audits by preparing schedules and gathering supporting documents.
- Create ad-hoc financial reports as requested for business needs.
- Execute additional projects and tasks assigned by management.
Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Anrok or Avalara software is a plus.
- Strong technical accounting and research capabilities.
- Familiarity with full month-end close process.
- Exceptional organization, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple online platforms and independently.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization.
