This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate billing, and resolving account discrepancies while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and resolve billing errors, disputes, and cash application issues through regular audits of customer accounts.
• Address account inquiries and escalate unresolved discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Assist in training associates on Accounts Receivable procedures, company policies, and platform functionalities.
• Identify potential account issues using daily, weekly, and monthly reports and resolve them promptly.
• Provide accurate billing information to customers and business partners while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience in a blended call center environment.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable concepts, company systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform repetitive, well-defined duties.
