Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative serves as the primary contact between Lithia Motors, Inc. and its customers regarding receivables. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient collection of service and parts customer accounts, while also responding professionally to related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts daily and follow up on aged receivables.
- Maintain detailed records of collection activity and update systems and trackers.
- Handle inbound AR-related calls and resolve billing issues.
- Research and respond to inquiries from service and parts customers, Lithia stores, and internal departments in line with established service level agreements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
