Position Summary
The Accounts Receivable Manager for our Infusion Accounts Receivable (A/R) Department will oversee daily operations and ensure that all patient financial services (PFS) activities are completed accurately and efficiently. The role emphasizes timely cash collection, reduction of bad debt, and adherence to compliance standards. You will lead meetings, manage budgets, support strategic planning, and collaborate with key payers on reimbursement and claims processing updates.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and review A/R transactions for accuracy; submit adjustment requests for management approval.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards across all PFS functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly performance goals set by leadership.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Promote an environment of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle or patient financial services.
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and third-party billing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior experience in home healthcare preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience. Certification from HFMA or Revenue Cycle programs preferred.
Work Hours & Pay
40 hours per week, full-time role. Pay range: $60,300 – $145,860 annually (plus bonuses or short-term incentives). Compensation is based on experience, education, and geographic factors.
