Our Client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to join their dynamic Finance team. This role is essential in managing the end-to-end AR process — from accurate invoicing to proactive collections — while ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise accurate and timely invoices as per company policy and DOA
- Follow up and collect outstanding customer payments across all revenue streams
- Ensure SLAs with business units are met and disputes are resolved promptly
- Manage both internal and external customer queries related to billing
- Support audit processes and implement recommended improvements
- Maintain proper AR documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 1–2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
