Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI), the nation’s largest nonprofit dialysis provider, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist to join our mission-driven team. Our organization prioritizes individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease, maintaining a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio and a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoicing
• Generate and distribute customer invoices according to contract terms and billing schedules
• Review billing data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies before submission
• Maintain detailed records of invoices and payments in the accounting system

Collections & Customer Communication
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email
• Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues and establish payment plans when necessary
• Document collection efforts and escalate unresolved issues to management

Reconciliation & Reporting
• Reconcile customer accounts and apply payments accurately
• Prepare monthly AR reports and assist with audit requests
• Identify trends in payment delays or disputes and report findings

Compliance & Process Improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and applicable regulations
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance AR efficiency
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information

Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
• Professional communication skills for internal teams and external customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare system experience preferred
