Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming payments in compliance with company financial policies.
• Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Communicate with various divisions to resolve unapplied payments and payment discrepancies.
• Offset Credit Memos and handle application requests on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and manage bank deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
