Job Summary:
As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for processing incoming payments, ensuring receipts are recorded correctly, and helping to secure the company’s cash flow by resolving discrepancies. You will work closely with other divisions to verify transactions and maintain clean AR records.
Pay Range:
• $18.00/hour – $28.00/hour (The range reflects nationwide market data; final offer will depend on location, experience, skills and education.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and post incoming payments in accordance with company financial policies.
• Perform daily AR tasks including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording receivables data.
• Communicate with internal divisions to clear unapplied payments and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Apply credit memos and process application requests on a weekly basis.
• Prepare bank deposits and support cash application processes.
• Investigate and reconcile account differences and assist in resolving customer billing issues.
• Provide documentation and support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.
• Carry out other finance-related duties as assigned.
