About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily accounts receivable operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cash accounting activities, including reviewing, verifying, and reconciling accounts
• Identify, investigate, and resolve account discrepancies to ensure reliable financial reporting
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve variances between the General Ledger and bank statements
• Review accounting variances to ensure consistency with established procedures
• Analyze key accounts such as cash clearing accounts and calculate necessary financial adjustments
• Complete daily reconciliations of customer payment portals
• Collaborate with remote Cash Application and Governance teams to ensure accurate and complete daily cash postings
• Investigate and resolve accounts receivable balance discrepancies and provide resolution recommendations
• Work with sales, customer service, finance teams, and external customers to resolve open disputes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and potential technology enhancements
• Maintain a balance between supporting sales initiatives and ensuring adherence to finance audit and policy requirements
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with global Invoice-to-Cash teams and local business office staff
• Monitor compliance with internal service level agreements related to timeliness, quality, and productivity

Qualifications & Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and make informed decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Adaptable to new processes, systems, and ways of working
• Strong ability to research, interpret, and reconcile financial data
• General understanding of financial controls and the Order-to-Cash process
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
• Prior experience in a shared services or business process operations environment is preferred
• Proven ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and collaboration skills

• MS Office applications, with strong proficiency in Excel
• Wide Orbit Traffic (ERP system)
• Wide Orbit Payment Portal
