Description:
Audacy, Inc., a leading multi-platform audio content and entertainment company, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while managing daily accounts receivable activities and supporting financial accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Accounting & Reconciliation:
- Perform cash accounting functions, reviewing, verifying, and reconciling accounts
- Identify and resolve account discrepancies to ensure credible financial reporting
- Adjust bank accounts for discrepancies between General Ledger and bank statements
- Analyze critical accounts, including cash clearing accounts, and calculate adjustments
Billing & Customer Support:
- Complete daily reconciliations of Customer Pay Portal transactions
- Collaborate with remote Cash Application and Governance Teams to ensure accurate cash postings
- Resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable balances and provide recommendations
- Manage disputes by working with sales, customer service, finance, and external customers
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements
- Maintain a balance between supporting sales and adhering to financial policies and audit requirements
- Monitor compliance with internal customer service level agreements for timeliness, quality, and productivity
- Strive to enhance collaboration with global Invoice-to-Cash centers and local business office teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to new processes and ways of completing tasks
- Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills
- General knowledge of financial controls and understanding of Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience in process improvement and shared service environments preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Wide Orbit Traffic ERP and Payment Portal
