Claritev – Accounts Receivable Analyst (Remote)

Claritev is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage invoicing and resolve outstanding receivables efficiently. This role requires close collaboration with the sales department and other internal teams to ensure accurate revenue recording and timely collections while adhering to HIPAA and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain account portfolios using Excel, invoices, payment files, and adjustment requests
  • Analyze delinquent accounts to identify patterns, deficiencies, and causes of late or non-payment
  • Submit credits and adjustments with proper documentation for timely processing
  • Review customer remittance details and coordinate with supporting departments to ensure accurate cash application
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments
  • Administer collections for open accounts receivables and prepare collection plans
  • Contact past-due clients with relevant documentation to initiate repayment
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests for documentation
  • Participate in A/R sessions with sales to resolve issues and foster strong client relationships
  • Support month-end close processes as necessary
  • Collaborate across departments and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Demonstrate company core values and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong knowledge of finance procedures and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Proficiency in MS Excel including V-lookup and Pivot Tables
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of performing standard office tasks, including extended periods at a computer, using office equipment, and managing phone communications
