KLDiscovery, a leading national provider of eDiscovery solutions, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Client Shared Services Team. This role offers a fully remote work-from-home opportunity and involves managing account portfolios while ensuring accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and precise portfolio aging to reflect accurate invoice statuses and unpaid reasons.
- Submit all invoices monthly via email or e-billing portal promptly and accurately.
- Communicate proactively with customers to facilitate timely payments and streamline payment processes.
- Respond promptly to internal and external requests or inquiries.
- Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Billing Specialists, and Sales Representatives to resolve issues.
- Utilize platforms like Oracle, Salesforce, and Outlook to manage account portfolios efficiently.
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss strategies, performance, and productivity.
- Work cross-functionally to support customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Prior exposure to the Legal or eDiscovery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills across departments and stakeholders.
- Advanced organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with e-billing portals, Salesforce, CRM systems, or sales experience is advantageous.
