Team Overview:
Ticketmaster North America’s Accounts Receivable team handles billing, cash application, collections, and audit-ready reporting for our U.S. and Canadian operations. We support a wide range of products and services for venues, artists, promoters, and corporate partners — all while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist (Billing Lead responsibilities) to ensure invoices are produced accurately and on time, support collections, and assist with vendor payments and AP processes. This role works closely with AR/AP leadership and cross-functional partners to resolve billing issues and maintain clean financial records.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices across multiple product and service lines.
  • Work with collections colleagues to resolve billing disputes or issues that affect collectability.
  • Maintain supporting documentation and ensure invoice files are audit-ready.
  • Respond to internal and external invoice inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Document desk procedures and help keep process guides up to date.
  • Support ad hoc AR projects and reporting requested by management.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

  • Enter vendor invoices into Inspyrus/Oracle and route for approvals in line with SOX controls.
  • Reconcile major vendor accounts and maintain accurate vendor records in the AP system.
  • Process PO-based invoices and ensure Goods Receipt or supporting documentation is available.
  • Handle new vendor setups (collect W-9, bank instructions, initial invoice, etc.).
  • Scan and manage intercompany invoices and support AP reporting projects.

Technical / Functional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Finance preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years in AR or AP processes preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with enterprise accounting systems (Oracle Financials experience preferred).
  • Excellent time management and an ability to meet repeating payment and reporting deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
