Role Summary — Accounts Payable Specialist
We’re looking for an organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support our Finance & Operations team. You’ll own vendor invoice processing, reconcile payables activity, manage corporate card usage, and collaborate with internal and external partners to keep payables accurate and on time. This role reports to the Director, Finance & Operations and works closely with the US-based finance group as well as external accountants.

Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices end-to-end and ensure timely, accurate payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize vendor records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close tasks related to payables.
  • Manage corporate credit card limits and monitor employee card activity; prepare regular reports.
  • Reconcile data with external accounting partners (US and Hong Kong) and assist with forecasting and ad-hoc accounting projects.
  • Prepare analysis and reporting for management as needed and help streamline AP processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in accounts payable (accounts receivable experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with bill.com, QuickBooks Online, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills in English, and an ability to learn digital tools quickly.
  • Experience in gaming, retail, or product-driven companies is highly desirable.
