Key Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of invoices through the automated accounts payable system with accurate coding and timely payments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital managers and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Review invoices during acquisitions and coordinate with Vendor Services for accuracy
- Support process improvement initiatives and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, accruals, and GAAP
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
