What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serve as the main contact for third-party payment processors and internal stakeholders to reconcile daily payment activities
  • Prepare daily and month-end reconciliations, post related journal entries, and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Monitor payment card network files for irregularities and handle failed or disputed transactions promptly
  • Produce and maintain reports used for analytics, fraud monitoring, and compliance oversight
  • Perform bank reconciliations and validate accounts tied to cash management operations

Required qualifications:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in account services, banking, or accounts receivable roles
  • Preferably 1 year of experience working with ERP-based accounts receivable systems (experience with SAP is a plus)
  • Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles and strong numerical accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to document research findings clearly
  • Clean credit history as shown on a credit report

Preferred / standout skills:

  • Experience with fraud detection, investigation, or resolution in payment environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, meet tight deadlines, and apply critical thinking to ambiguous situations
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to support compliance and operational improvements
