Delman Shipping is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Executive to join its finance department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who have hands-on experience managing accounts payable functions and possess a solid understanding of vendor reconciliation and payment processes within a fast-paced logistics environment.
The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting payment operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete Accounts Payable operations, including invoice verification, processing, and payment execution
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare payment schedules and monitor payment cycles to maintain timely settlements
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and accounting records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or finance-related operations
