Description:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage vendor relationships, reconcile invoices, statements, and credit memos, and work closely with multiple internal teams such as vendor account managers, logistics, returns, vendor relations, and finance. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor remittance payments accurately and on time.
- Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and credit memos.
- Maintain consistent communication with vendors to ensure good relationships.
- Manage and organize documents in Outlook, OMC, Excel, QuickBooks, and other relevant platforms.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional training or experience in accounting preferred.
- Experience in accounting or accounts payable is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, departments, and team members with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail in composing, typing, proofreading, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
