Description:
Join Timeline Optimization Group as an Accounts Payable Coordinator and play a key role in maintaining timely and accurate payment flows for a fast-moving restaurant and food-service client. What you’ll be doing:
- Process incoming invoices and ensure accurate, timely entry into SAP Concur, routing items for departmental approvals as required
- Maintain and update vendor records in NetSuite, including new vendor setups and profile changes
- Build strong vendor relationships and resolve supplier inquiries promptly to maintain smooth operations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing accruals, reconciliations, and other close-related documentation in NetSuite
- Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and tighten internal controls
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience with strong transactional knowledge
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, policies, and procedures
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with automated accounting systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred / standout experience:
- Hands-on experience with SAP Concur and NetSuite is highly desirable
- Prior work in the restaurant, multi-unit, or hospitality environment is a plus
