CareStream Advisory Group is seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to support payroll operations and accounts payable functions for healthcare employers. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain payroll information and operations in compliance with company policies
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
- Process incoming invoices and manage vendor relationships using ExpenseWatch
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports through PAYCOM for bi-monthly payroll cycles
- Generate ad hoc reports for school sites and finance department as needed
- Exercise problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
- Potential for local travel and flexible work hours
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in accounts payable or payroll processing
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of managerial experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
