Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform data entry for accounts payable invoices
- Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals
- Maintain and update vendor records, including W-9 documentation
- Prepare and file annual 1099 forms in compliance with IRS requirements
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing supporting documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Prior experience in accounts payable, data entry, or accounting support is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience with Bill.com or Ramp is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
