Job Summary:
Perform a variety of accounts payable clerical tasks while supporting the finance team and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing invoices and check requests under supervision
• Verify payable amounts, payment terms, and accounts following established procedures
• Process invoices and payment requests, analyze and resolve payment exceptions
• Conduct statement reviews and resolve issues, responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders and vendors
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education:

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience

Experience:

• Minimum of one year in accounts payable or related finance function

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects 0–25 lbs
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for near and far distances; ability to identify colors
• Frequent use of hearing and speech for oral communication
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping
• Occasional lifting/carrying 25–50 lbs; rare climbing
