Cyber Focus AI is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant III to join its finance division. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup, with only two days per week on-site. Key Responsibilities
• Accurately process PO-related invoices using SAP S/4 HANA and Vendor Invoice Management System.
• Communicate accounting procedures and policies clearly across different departments.
• Independently manage workload to meet service-level agreements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining a professional and growth-oriented mindset.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting processes.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
• Proven track record in customer service within the accounts payable function.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of GAAP, CAS, and FAR accounting standards.
• Experience using OpenText Vendor Invoice Management.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Advanced Excel capabilities such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
