Mosaic Talent Consulting is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Accounting Technician II to join a leading public utilities organization in the United States. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prioritize a high volume of invoices while adhering to daily deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of aged payables for assigned work streams.
- Communicate any variances or issues and track communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve customer and vendor inquiries regarding payment history, status, and coding.
- Support various accounts payable projects and assist other staff members in invoice processing.
Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of previous accounting or bookkeeping experience, or one (1) year of experience as an Accounting Technician I.
- Solid experience in full-time accounts payable and supplier invoice processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with large accounting software systems.
- Ability to exercise professional judgment in problem-solving.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Knowledge of internal controls over purchasing and payables.
