We’re Hiring – Accounts Manager

Luxridge Building Contracting is looking for a seasoned Accounts Manager to take ownership of financial operations and reporting within our growing construction business. This is a senior role for a candidate who combines strong accounting technical skills with practical construction industry experience.

🔹 Requirements

• Experience: 10–15 years in Accounting & Finance, with a minimum of 5 years in the construction sector.
• Education / Certification: B.Com plus a professional qualification (CA / CMA / ACCA).
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of accounting systems.
• Other knowledge: Strong grasp of VAT compliance and Corporate Tax (CT) provisions relevant to UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve purchase bills and subcontractor invoices before processing.
• Authorize supplier and subcontractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.
• Maintain project-wise subcontractor masters and ensure records are up to date.
• Understand and monitor project budgets and BOQs, ensuring costs are allocated correctly.
• Track vendor advances and reconcile advance records regularly.
• Recognize revenue in line with project progress and prepare accurate client invoices.
• Prepare and review VAT submissions, performing necessary reconciliations.
• Oversee cash and fund status, monitoring major inflows and outflows.
• Prepare final accounts along with all requisite schedules and supporting documentation.
