Description:
Shahul Logistics is currently looking to appoint a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to support and lead its finance and accounting operations in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who can manage end-to-end accounting functions while contributing to strategic financial planning and business growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate financial insights to support decision-making across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities across various departments
- Oversee cash flow planning, treasury functions, and working capital management
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations to ensure timely payments and collections
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve invoicing or billing discrepancies
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements, management reports, and dashboards
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and IFRS standards
- Monitor project-related and investment finances, including cost control and return on investment analysis
- Work closely with operations, projects, and sales teams to maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is an advantage but not a requirement
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS standards
- Hands-on experience managing AP, AR, and customer payment follow-ups
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential
- 5–8 years of finance experience, preferably within logistics, investment, or fit-out industries
