What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across our hotel properties
• Oversee monthly closing, P&L reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, UAE VAT regulations & IFRS
• Collaborate with department heads to manage cost controls and optimize revenue
• Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders for accurate reporting
• Develop and mentor junior finance team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality group
• Proficient in PMS, POS, and accounting systems (Oracle, Sun, Opera, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with leadership skills
• Based in or open to relocating to Abu Dhabi
